Refund policy

Barking Delicious does not refund or provide replacement stock if you change your mind.

Refunds or an exchange is offered if an item has a major problem.

Examples include:

• The formula is not up to regular standards. eg. mould, incorrect volume
• Arrives broken or opened in transit
  Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Products received differ from which you ordered
  

Refunds or replacement notification must be advised within 7 days of
receiving the goods, with details of the product, the issue, and purchase details to info@barkingdelicious.com.au
